1. make no small plans
what this means is like to do big things. do as best as you can. don't be basic and do small things. impress people be the better and bigger person.
2. do what they fear
what this means is to over come you fear and be a risk taker don't be a wuss. take risks be strong. you feel me?! take risk but not risks that are that risky because maybe you wont accomplish it so take risks that you know you might have a chance accomplishing it.
3.are willing to prepare
what this means is that if you aren't willing to prepare then what are you doing! you have to set you mind on a goal. and you have to prepare for that goals so when times comes to accomplish you you are able to accomplish
 it.`
4. are willing to risk failure
what this means is that are you willing to take a risk even if most likely you know you are going to fail. this is good be a risk taker don't be afraid to take risks sometimes its for your own good. also don't be afraid to fail. people learn from there mistakes.
5. are teachable
what this means is that let yourself be teached. learn what they show you. understand it, be cool. some people don't like to learn they have all the chances to learn and be smart but they don't take advantage of it. if you get the opportunity to learn. you should take advantage of it and learn.
6. Have Heart:
what this means is technically what is says. be a good person. have a heart, have good feelings. Be a soft person.

Final Reflection: this high achievers thing is very good because they just are. out of all these achievements i commit to all of them because all of them are very positives things that can help you in life.
